    I loved this product after taking this for a month a month and a half my hair and nails strengthened so much i wish i had a picture to send with this but they went so fast that i didnt get a chance to i actually ended up addicted to them and started buying them from walmart and still take them to this day for those of you havent tried this product i would definitely give it a try ive had the hardest time trying to get my nails to grow theyve always been so brittle and break very easily but since ive been taking this they have strengthened out a lot dont get me wrong its not a miracle cure but ive had way less stupid and way more gross since ive been taking these and it doesnt have to be this specific brand just anything with biotin in it definitely worth the money
