The formula supports bone mass and its a great value for the money. The price is more than affordable.

Highlights
Quality
I bought this for my mom, and she seems to be happy with this product.
Overall, the quality is great - high grade ingredients, no junk filler, and vegan if that is a concern to you.
It has the advantage of not containing magnesium aspartate, which turned out to be problematic with the product i was previously taking.
Many of their formulas contain the added nutrients to help with the maximum absorption of the vitamin.
Shipping
Com llc and it arrived on-time as promised with amazon prime 2-day shipping.
Competitiveness
This jarrows product is a well formulated supplement to promote bone density.
I am a fan of jarrow formulas products in general, and consider them among the top 2 or 3 brands of supplements i buy.
You need to take 6 of these daily to get the recommended dose of 1,000mg of calcium.
Check up is in three weeks, i may change this to five star depending on new x-rays.

I disagree with their suggested usage bc shes taking other daily vitamins and if you take too many same vitamins in a day then your internals will heat up and easily get a bloody nose from personal experience taking too many daily vitamins so you need to space the same vitamins out

Jarrow does make a variation of bone up that is 3 capsules a day but they are even larger than these and you end up taking them three times a day to space out the dosage properly

Please note if you want a calcium and d3 product this variation happens to be calcium and d2

I am not a health care provider but i see these as an alternative to prescriptions which do not actually regenerate bone but cloak your bone in a build up of calcium which actually can have very bad impact more susceptibility to certain bone breaks after a few years
