Pros

Citicoline helps reduce the brain fog around me and i'm able to focus better mentally. I work in a high-stress job that typically leaves me feeling mentally drained by the end of the day. I was diagnosed with autism at 30.

My basis is designing, coding and testing software applications. I have too many why am i here and what's your name again moments that i'm really eager to give this product a try. Honestly, it's hard to tell how much benefit i'm getting from these.

The change is moderate enough for me to notice. No more missed deadlines. Nomore missed appointments.

Cons

Cdp choline raises blood cortisol level through acth, which can temporarily shut down your gastrointestinal system. Same forgetfulness, slow thinking, declining vocabulary. No sudden surge of optimal cognitive functioning like others have described.

Thais is an awful lot to pay! Cannot recommend it to anyone. It is very disappointing and a waste of money. Returns/refunds aren't a thing with this product.
