I've used jarrow brand in numerous suppliments over the years and have always found them to be a good value.

The impressive claims made by its manufacturers sound like all the other supplements these days helps absorb fat helps you lose weight has powerful anticancer properties etc etc but in reading closer i noticed this virginia tech university studied cla in crohns disease patients and found 50 of them had marked improvement with no sideeffects in any patients in the test group
