Even tho' i had to buy the piperine separately, it's still one heck of a good value for this product. Was recommended bythe people's chemist, and am very satisfied. Im sure that this is the equivalent to thorne's great products.

I have found that almost all brands now featuring turmeric have gotten expensive but benefits to me anyway seem worth it.
However, i'm not noticing a difference compared to other brands of curcumin in meriva form that i have previously purchased.

I’m limited with what i can take medicinewise when my provider told me that i could take 2 mireva 2x a day to help as an anti inflammatory it only took 3 days of use and i was convinced that it worked really well for me

I take another brand that does not claim best absorption but i must be still getting some benefit from because my knees and overall health is good even though i dont eat as well as i should or get enough exercise im sure
