This supplement is manufactured according to good manufacturing practice (gmp) requirements. Jarrow is a very good manufacturer/supplier and to date, it appears to be safe to consume their products.

Anti-platelet properties means it helps to reduce blood clotting risks. Good for those like me who have endured blood clot issues. I use this product for migraines and to maintain vision.

Epa and dha support cardiovascular and brain function; enhance joint mobility and promote positive mood. Those diagnosed with retina issues and alzheimer's disease tend to have lower levels of dha in their system.

Cons

These however result in distinct fake strawberry flavored burps. However, the pill is quite large and so much so that i was unable to * it.
