The problem with most gel cap fish oil supplements other than possible rancidity is that the amount of oil that can be fit into a pill that is still easily swallowable is still imo not enough omega 3 for most people

It is expensive and one capsule can replace three of the kirkland fish oil 1200mg enteric coated that i was taking so it might be worth change

Each 1000mg softgel is larger than a centrum tablet so may not be suitable for those with gag reflexes
