Pros

The pills for primrose oil are big. The capsules are large so take note if swallowing large gel caps bothers you. Each pill is a small oil filled soft gel capsules.

This stuff is amazing for hormonal acne. Less rosacea, less acne, and more firm and healthy skin. Good for psoriasis, eczema and other skin related dramas.

Competitiveness

I love jarrow products, and i trust their company to be more regulated than other supplement companies.

My holistic doctor had recommended another brand, however, i can discern no noticeable difference and would gladly switch to jarrow.

Please note: i am partial to jarrow formulas products, and tend to buy this brand as well as twin labs.

I'm not sure i've noticed much difference between brands, but the price point on jarrow is usually pretty good.
