Pros & Cons
Cons
This is not pure flaxseed oil - and it doesn't taste like it, either. It’s not 100% flax. It was shipped without any coolant or insulation.
Highlights
Quality
It is a great product and one i'll continue using as the benefits were very noticeable in the improved health of my nails.
This flaxseed oil is excellent for seasoning cast iron pans with its low heat point.
I put it on veggies after they are cooked, i never cook with it, as it denatures at a very low temp.
It bonds to he surface of the cast iron easily to form a virtually non-stick layer.
Price
Good quality oil at a much more affordable price than the grocery store.
Packaging/appearance
I've stored it in the fridge and was surprised to find it liquid while cold, so if you do use it in dressings, that would be a nice perk.
Competitiveness
But, all flax is in plastic bottles, there must be a reason, so its not like a competitor is offering better in glass.
