Pros

Msm and gelatin both probably help any acne and joint problems i have more than hyaluronic acid.

This formula contains hyabest, a japanese proprietary form of ha that is made from fermentation. One caveat. Google ha to see the benefits.

Cons

A lot of packaging and filler; not a lot of hyaluronic acid. It's really hard to judge a supplement. Can't report any noticeable change in knee pain.
