Ive been pretty happy with this product from jarrow formulas as it doesnt seem to have that issue as much at least not once i got used to it

My insurance company didnt think iron was important evidently as they didnt cover it

I tried adding iron to my diet both through cooking on cast iron eating red meat etc and adding iron supplements but it wasn’t helping
