Pros
The capsules are easy to *, and it's a room temp stable formulation. It’s also convenient that these don’t have to be refrigerated. There's a little bit of a burping risk (or so i found), but neither would keep me from using these.
The ingredients in this have been studied, so i'm not going to diss it. They’re also enteric coated and will not be destroyed by stomach acid. I have a slow metabolism, and this helps me go smoothly.
Cons
With it being mailed to me in this way, it poses a very high safety/health concern. This, however, gave me diarrhea.

Have notice my 2 visits have stop showing up daily since being on these so i think this 50 billion brand may be too much probiotics for my body or something in them just dont agree with me

But in point of fact this is a very potent and powerful blend of strains enteric coated to deliver more to your gut and you can travel with it as it does not require refrigeration
