Each capsule is in an individual blister pack. The dosage is one capsule per day, or one capsule twice daily as needed. This brand works really well and doesn't have to be refrigerated.

This is the best probiotic, not only because it helped to clear up my bv and yi, but it also has helped to control some quite severe digestive issues. It quieted the itch and soothed my inflamed tissues.

This supplement helps me feel that i am being more proactive. I have a thyroid disease, so i need something to help the systems that aren't getting what they normally would if my thyroid functioned properly.

The main thing i like about this product in particular is that it is from healthy women that promote optimal * microflora. Plain yogurt with live cultures along with keeping the outer parts clean will go a long way toward */urinary health.

Cons

The box label says do not use these enteric-coated capsules for direct * insertion. They are all fully mold.

I'm including a picture of the packaging it came in - a standard bubble wrap mailer with no freeze packs.

Two important considerations: this needs to be refrigerated and it ships in cold packaging.

Competitiveness

Now jarrow's products are intended primarily for oral use.

My symptoms have disappeared so i will use this as a maintenence regimen.

This is not the first jarro product that i have ever tried and this one works just as well as the last one.

This one only took a few days in what a few weeks of many other products only did somewhat alright at twice the price.
