Again ive had good luck with the shelf stable jarrow probiotics and the eps are easy and great to take along when traveling unless youre going rugged style in hot places then the above again applies

For eps and other gut probiotics you may be gurgly for a week or so while the good buggies move in get established and overtake some of the bad buggies
