Pros

Jarro-dophilus capsules contains a lot of probiotics in one capsule. This is a great supplement for ibs sufferers. The probiotics are very effective! Took our sometimes stomach problems away.


Cons

This product is thus a double-whammy for me, since corn and wheat are primarily gmo products. I'm dismayed that happened, but now i'm done doing so.
