It was very convenient to order from amazon and the price was lower than i have been paying.
Competitiveness
So i doubt i'm getting 10 drops a day; hoping to see some results anyway since i also take a 1mg biotin tablet daily.
In a 20oz water, i can only do 2 drops.
Updated review:agree with some other reviewers; need to take more than advertised.

This is a very good supplement for your hair nails and skin and it also has a strengthening effect on the bones and collagen production as is claimed by jarrow formulas

Im actually trying this on my dog who has terrible coat problems due to prior abuse as well as a lot of joint issues
