Pros

Vitamin k capsule is easy to * and goes down easily. My husband favors the gummy version of vitamin k from this brand.

Jarrow is one of only a few trusted sources i buy from. No permanent damage, thank you, but pretty banged up.

K-right helps keep calcium out of artery walls. Also prevents cavities and cracked teeth. Helps increase insulin levels and prevent diabetes.

Search for chrismasterjohnphd on google. It has a lot of colorful illustrations to make it far easier to understand. Jarrow knows what they are doing.

Cons

Size of the gel is enormous making it difficult to *. Could only get 3 out today the bottle. Can't say how this works as i can't get them unstuck.

The levels of d are wonderful and i like that all forms of k are included and are at levels you need for teethe, bones and artery health.

Always good to protect your heart and the vitamin k is a staple many people don’t get enough of.

Had bloodwork before and after d serum levels went up 80% over a six week period.

So badly needed a d & k supplement, but many upset my stomach.
