Pros

Vitamin k capsule is easy to * and goes down easily. My husband favors the gummy version of vitamin k from this brand.

Jarrow is one of only a few trusted sources i buy from. No permanent damage, thank you, but pretty banged up.

K-right helps keep calcium out of artery walls. Also prevents cavities and cracked teeth. Helps increase insulin levels and prevent diabetes.

Search for chrismasterjohnphd on google. It has a lot of colorful illustrations to make it far easier to understand. Jarrow knows what they are doing.

Cons

Size of the gel is enormous making it difficult to *. Could only get 3 out today the bottle. Can't say how this works as i can't get them unstuck.

The mk4 version is synthetic and only lasts for about an hour in your body, making it hard to assimilate.

Price

Can’t beat the amazon price too—the health food store in my area wants $40 for this product.

Pretty cool that i got to try this 60 capsule supply for $4 plus i also have $4 to use in the future on other supplements.

But i can testify it is a so very much cheaper than any of the diseases above.

The price is kind of steep, but the health trade-off is absolutely worth it for me.

I like the jarrow brand and use other products of theirs.
