Carnitine in its various forms here we have lcarnitine is supposed to be able to allow you to burn fat easier

Meaning if you go out on a run instead of burning glycogen as fast your body also starts to pull from fat stores which should give you better endurance

I can tell you that it isnt a magic cure to burning fat but it may help with endurance in some cases

It also apparently works the best on a low carb diet which is unfortunately probably not what most endurance athletes are on
