Pros

When i feel the tingling of a soar (the sign that a soar is coming), i take 3,000 mg every day for 3 days. I take 4 more the next day just to be sure, and the fever blister does not form.

Cons

Must be a lot of filler in this brand of lysine. When you put them in your mouth they float which makes them hard to *. If this is an issue for you, i strongly encourage you to choose a tablet form instead of these plastic capsules.
