It is a little expensive but it'll probably pay for itself in the long run. It's pretty good as a standalone. I buy this because my father had macular and i’m trying not to get that. My eye doctor is also big on sunglasses and i have some in the car.

I love the added astaxanthin 4mg because i dont need a separate astaxanthin supplement but at the same time provides lutein mesozeaxanthin rrzeaxanthin
