The capsules are small, easy to *, and although out of the bottle they smell fishy, that’s not too surprising nor off-putting.

Cons

Product is not as shown in the photos. Different label from what was advertised. Will not be purchasing again. Consider this before purchasing.

Product is not calamari oil, it's fish sourced. The bottle i received, while having the same exact front label, has only 968 mg omega-3 and 600 mg dha.

As a monounsaturated oil, rapeseed oil has high levels of erucic acid. Over 90 percent of canola oil is genetically modified.

I couple this with a high quality fish oil like this and find the combo works great for me:

Jarrow is one of my favorite supplement company because they produce the highest quality supplants i have every used.

It's now sunflower oil (and negliglble non-regsitering amounts of vit e as it's used as a natural preservative)

The original heart study data was manipulated - deleted data that didn't match his theory.

Price

At around $19 for 180 capsules (and i take 2 a day), this supplement is well priced.

For the price these are the best purchase and you will not regret it!

We just alternate when we order our subscribe and save on amazon, based on sale prices, etc.

I feel for this price, a 3 month supply isn't too bad a deal.

Shipping

Previously i could recall three numbers when filling out tracking forms for shipping, then looking back for the next three and repeating.

Competitiveness

Also the price is much better than other brands and you don’t have to sacrifice quality.

Through the years, studies have determined that both dha & eha provide different benefits.

This is my new "go to" brand for fish oil.

Many marketed fish oils have the ratio of epa to dha backwards from my perspective.
