The squirt cap is a game changer. The lid makes it so easy to squeeze into the mug. I use it in smoothies, protein bars and nut butters because it adds creaminess without adding flavor.

12 bucks is a great price for 20oz too

At times it’s been way more and i just wait till it drops back down to a reasonable price and then i buy in bulk.

Shipping

I had an issue with delivery of the first order, it never showed up (not sure who is responsible that that fail).

Upon replacing, it arrived on time (although it takes a while to get to the replacement phase.

Was a good price at $11 each but then went up to $13, which was still a pretty good price, compared to some of the other brands.
