Jarrows has the best lid. Its a good metering for measuee when using- point & squeeze. I recommend saving the bottle in case you want to try other brands that dont have this nifty cap.

It is tasteless and very easy to consume. It’s really light and not greasy.

I don't overeat, at all, i have energy, words and emotions dance their way out of me. I am focused and alert and it keeps me satiated for hours. It's almost enough to make me cry to see these beloved zombies animated and communicative.

Cons

This is like pure grease on top of my coffee and it actually constipated me instead of making me go. I'm sure his would be wonderful if u don't mind greasy coffee.
