Mcts has been a game changer for me and my husband. The cramps and diarrhea are much less and i still get appetite control. This is also good for someone on a low-carb, ketogenic diet.

This is the second brand i tried of this particular formulation of mct oil. It’s really light and not greasy. Jarrows has the best lid.

The squeeze spout is to eliminate the use of a spoon. Save the bottle in case you want to try other brands that dont have this nifty cap. The format of the bottle makes it easy, because you can just add a squirt, rather than measuring something out.

I don't overeat, at all, i have energy, words and emotions dance their way out of me. It's almost enough to make me cry to see these beloved zombies animated and communicative. I am focused and alert and it keeps me satiated for hours.

Cons

This is like pure grease on top of my coffee and it actually constipated me instead of making me go. I'm sure his would be wonderful if u don't mind greasy coffee.

Packaging/appearance

Did not like the packaging but great overall and easy to swallow virtually tasteless.

I also recommend the seller even though the bottle was packaged loosely in the box with other items.

Also, this is a great price compared to other brands and it gets just as many high reviews as those other brands.

I worked my way up to 2 tablespoons with jarrow whereas viva sometimes gives me cramps at 1.

This is the second brand i tried of this particular formulation of mct oil which is supposed to be most helpful for canine epilepsy.

Also, this brand only uses coconut oil and not palm oil like some other brands.
