Low-dose mk-7 supplementation helps decrease bone loss in healthy postmenopausal women. My skin is clear from psoriasis and my high cholesterol is down almost 100 points.
Mk-7 is the way to go for bone health. There is no filler or junk added in. They tend to be reasonably-priced.

Way to be too greedy jarrow.

So there's bovine gelatin in the softgel makeup, but it's probably not a lot.
Competitiveness
I have a low white blood cell count because of an autoimmune disease so i take a mk-7 supplement to help with blood clotting.
These mk-7 soft gels are tiny so they’re easy to swallow.
Vitamin k2 comes in mk-4 and mk-7 versions.
The mk-7 version lasts longer than the mk-4 version.

People can synthesize mk4 from vitamin k1 which is available from many plants but mk7 is more difficult to come by no not naturally synthesized from food we eat and far more effective at battling the afflictions of aging

To my knowledge osteoporosis can’t be reversed we supposed to be happy if our bone mass doesn’t decline at a faster rate

So it’s either the dexa scan machine broken or it’s a miracle or this supplement helped me tremendously
