I was surprised when i opened the bottle the 4/5 of the bottle was empty, then i saw the fill line.
This multi-vitamin bottle arrived perfectly sealed with an expiration date of 05/2026 (date of this review is 10/2024).
Competitiveness
Overall this is a good multi, but slightly higher than other premium multivitamin supplements i take.
I wouldn't take any other supplements concurrently with this one just due to how much is packed into it.
