Jarrow's is a brand i have come to trust.
Competitiveness
I would recommend this as an excellent gse supplement from a reputable company and it appears at a reasonable price too.
I experimented with 100 mg, 300 mg, and 400 mg.
, when compared to trunature at 235 mg from seed as well as 75 mg from skin, and i believe that skin is the main source.
Generally speaking, i'm a fan of jarrow products.
