What i triedtrazadone 8595 helpful but had to take it every night and keep increasing dosage after timeambien not good to take regularly and my doc wouldnt give a rx i took only in emergency and still it wasnt 100 effectivegeneric benadryl didnt work reliably and left me with major hangover the next day especially when it did not workgaba powder supplement not gapbapentin didnt feel like it did anythingmagnesium glycinate cant tell if its doing anything but i still take it as part of evening regimen for healthmelatonin did not help at all in the first several years of experimenting with it but now as part of my evening regimen i feel its effects in a gentle manner ie

Only bought this when id run out of the regular chewablevalerian root tincture no noticeable effectcalming herbal teas no noticeable effectby year 6 id begun to resign myself to having this problem for the rest of my life and possibly having to take increasing dosages of trazadone forever in order to get at least some sleep during the week

I was rereading up on reviews on gaba supplement when i came across one that mentioned that gaba would not be helpful for insomnia that is related to elevated levels of cortisol
