Pros

Jarrow is a bit pricier than other brands but uses biopqq which is the original one. Michael murray is a strong proponent of this product and said it should be coupled with cq-10. This tiny capsule is effective for mitochondrial biogenesis.

Jarrow formulas pqq supplement is said to support heart and cognitive functioning. My thoughts are much clearer—most noticeably in the morning doing my daily crossword puzzle. It even encourages them to multiply. Major improvement in brain fog.

Strongly recommended. Big thumbs up. Will continue to take.

Pqq> please beware. Extremely minimal effect.

Chronic fatigue and mthfr gene variant are two completely different problems. Pain in my kidneys and adrenals. Now i see on this amazon site that it can give you headaches.

I was surprised this came from the jarrow store with an expiration date of 08/23 and i ordered and received it in 03/23.

Competitiveness

Jarrow is a reputable brand and these capsules have given me noticeably more energy and shorter recovery times after workout.

Since it cost $36 because of made in usa, i would give a try of another brand,even though i am a loyal fan for jarrow.
