I will say i think the maltodextrin is very unnecessary and doesnt add any benefit to this product but if you dont have issues with maltodextrin i guess it doesnt matter

I did a little research and read at least from one source that xos is purported to increase lactobacillus up to 365 times and iincrease bifidobacterium up to 290 times

Ive been using this about a month and i havent had any infections or notable ibs episodes but its too soon to tell if theres a connection

First off this gets a star for actually stating the amount of xos and acacia gum separately instead of saying something like xx amount of prebiotics

Even just eating the wrong food can easily mess that up but more likely any kind of medicine can really mess this up badly
