Pros

These tablets are easy to use and have a pleasing taste. A single dose is three tablets.

They're a bit chalky with a flavor reminiscent of vanilla.

Jarrow prebiotics are simular but in a easy to chew, good tasting tablet. These are the best prebiotic on the market. Seems to be a good product although i probably won’t repurchase.

Inulin is a type of fiber that is obtained from chicory root. This helps replace some of the fiber missing on high protein, low carb diets. If you are gassy or constipated, this is a great place to start building a healing path.

Prebiotics, such as galacto-oligosaccharides (gos), are dietary ingredients that selectively fortify beneficial gut microbial groups. Prebiotic, help to grow the good bacteria in your gut while probiotic and enhances the bacteria already there.

Cons

Seems a little deceptive. Big chalky, chewable tablets. About 1/3 of the tablets we're broken.

The price has gone up (from about $11 to $18) since i first started ordering them a year or so ago.

Shipping

It took about 5 days to start showing a difference.

Packaging/appearance

However, i noticed a packaging change and a possible formula change in this latest order.

The packaging was also slightly different and the copyright had changed from 2020 to 2021.

Competitiveness
