Pros
Photsphatidylserine (ps) appears to work very well. Used in combination with the holy basil. Hard to find this in a capsule. Full dd also takes medication; these supplements do just supplement!
Was recommended to me by a nurse practitioner 5 months ago. Plan to renew subscription after hospitalization.
Since practicing mindfulness and 21-day mediations. Eft or emotional freedom technique using tapping. Works to relieve stress.
Great for clarity and memory. Helped me & others get their full memory back. But this product is a miracle support for the memory at a decent price.
Dealing with a horrible circumstance. Felt super even keeled mentally. Experienced being refreshed upon arrival.
Cons
Even the sealed bottle says softgels - but what's inside are white powder capsules. The real softgel is a round-ish caramel brown color. Not as good as the gel caps.
This supplement is not returnable so i am out the cost of this purchase. But i got suckered. Amp; not so much.

This is a very high quality product that is part of my daily regimen.
This is a great product by jarrow and i have had very favorable results with it.
3x a day for 3 weeks, then 1× a day after that.
These do not make you tired, i take 3 in the morning.

Liked everything about the product including the price.
Hate to give a great review because the price keeps going up.
But this product is a miracle support for the memory at a decent price.

I didnt think it worked stopped taking them for awhile then started back up to finish the bottle when i started back up the 3rd day of taking 1 pill in the morning my supervisor made a comment that i seemed sharp that day and my responses were much quicker than usual
