Pros

Jarrow's ubiquinol and l-carnetine are good supplements for cholesterol and triglyceride control. The supplement is also good for cfs and helps with sleep. Jarrow also has a vitamin that is good for liver health.

Co-q10 is very important for healthy heart functioning. This form of q-10 is the best - yet it is very economically priced.

Jarrow is a quality manufacturer with a great lineup of products. Cost-wise, it is a better bargain than most unless the store is running a bogof deal on a reputable brand. I frequently obtain jarrow branded items, which are very good quality.

The gel capsules are almost an inch long, which is bigger than most other brands. Form is in a softgel - rather largish but slick and easy to *. I take one pill in the morning; it's a large pill but it's easy to take.

Cons

Some are dark pitch black grimy and smelly (horrible/rancid/toxic) lumpy and painful. Recent data indicate significant problems with this chemical.

Because of the defective inner seal on the bottle, i feel that this product is not safe to use.

Nice, middle option price range for a co-q10 product.

I don't know whether this has or has not effects, at least good staff at its discounted price

But for me, it was just a waste of money.

I like the value and i can only hope that it is doing what it is supposed to do.

As long as their price is good and so far i find jarrow to be competitive with everything i am getting.

Co-q 10 is the best and this is my favorite brand.

I placed a round standard 325-milligram aspirin on one side and a standard 500 mg acetaminophen tablet on the other side for comparison.

A lot of the other brands of co-q10 didn't agree with me, so a nutritionist recommended this one for me.
