I have not yet noticed a difference in the way i feel from the dry pills and these but i usually take fish oil at the same time so it might be that theres no extra benefit from the qabsorb idea

Im really glad to see that a reputable company like jarrow is offering several preparations of coq10 a musthave dietary supplement for me as i take a fairly high dose of statins which deplete the bodys reserves of this important component of the krebs cycle
