    The resveratrol here is a small dose however this supplement also contains pterostilbene

    I honestly didnt have much faith that id see any difference in my energy levels but i figured id give it a go because what adult doesnt want a little more energy

    I will say that its certainly not the high caffeine jolt that ive conditioned myself for it does provide a nice boost of energy first thing in the morning
