Pros

Jarrow is of course a well established and reputable brand. They are practically odorless and apparently maximize prostate health. Effective results from a trusted brand.

Serving size is two capsules to get the effective daily dosage of 320 mg. The suggested dose is 2 capsules daily. To estimate shelf life, the bottle i received has a best if used date 21 months in the future, but this will vary.

Q-absorb contains ubiquinone. This version of q-10, ubiquinol, is more bioavailable.

Cons

The 30mg in this bottle is paltry. Even if it absorbs supremely well it's just not enough. Misleading ad copy.

I’ve been pleased with the quality of all the jarrow products we’ve used, so was happy to try these for an honest review.

So though i am not really wanting to allow the capsule to dissolve in my mouth i am happy with the ingredients.

Think i will stick with the jarrow brand.

However the quality and potency of them feel excellent.
