Pros

This d3 comes in a powdered form in a capsule, unlike most vitamin d which is in an oil-based solution. The dosage is a good dose at 5000 ius.

Easy to digest with no noticeable side effects. Nice sized capsules are easy to *. Small capsules are hard to * but easy to twist off.

Cons

While this product is vegan it is also not the traditional oil capsule. The bottle is very expensive when you put it up against your traditional d3 capsule. Ingredients should be listed prominently- with the label.

Easy to swallow and digest these vitamin d vitamins work for vegans as well as those who do not eat a vegan diet.

Completed this bottle (took 2 months at 1 capsule a day) and went yesterday for another vitamin d test.

I will continue to take one a day which means this bottle will last about 2 months.

This supplement is affordably priced and it works well.

That may be a dealbreaker for some, but not a bother to me and i trust the jarrow brand.
