My doctor has me on vitamin d3 due to a vitamin d deficiency. Went from 16 to 39ng/ml of vitamin d. This is the best d supplement i have found. With our indoor lifestyles many people are deficient in vitamin d.

I find it fascinating to read about the newest advances in food supplements. The second supplement i suggest you consider is bone-up. My doctor says it enhances many * functions.

The bottle is clearly 400iu and only had 200 tablets in it. Very frustrated. It's not realistic that production costs have soared over the past 10-12 months.

I'm gladly surprised that these softgels vitamin d3 are made using extra virgin olive oil instead of soybean oil.

They're not significantly different from other d3 softgel supplements that i've tried, but they seem to be well sourced.

Each softgel contains 1,000 iu of vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol).
