Pros

Each capsule contains 1000 international units (iu) of cholecalciferol. The dosage is very light, but that is all some people need. With our indoor lifestyles many people are deficient in vitamin d.

No fish oil so no heartburn! Easy to * pill.

D3 is the most bioavailable form of vitamin d. Jarrow's d3 softgels are well sourced and easy to take. They are a good supplement for those who need a little extra vitamin d.

Cons

The capsules were melted and stuck together in a blob. Pretty sketchy switcheroo. This makes me immediately distrust jarrow's branding.

I've been very satisfied with the jarrow brand of supplements.

So i didn't buy this product off amazon, but everybody goes here for reviews.

I liked that the softgels are made with extra virgin olive oil and is free of wheat, soy, shellfish, dairy,nuts and eggs.

Competitiveness
