Pros

Chocolate flavor is better than chocolate or vanilla flavor. Sweetener is luo han guo, a. A. Not overly sweet.

Low cal source of protein that's good for a mid morning or afternoon snack. Has 18g of protein and only 2 grams of carbs. No-calorie natural sweetener that won't spike their blood sugar.

The texture is still a little chalky. The powder mixes up completely and isn't gritty at all.

The whey comes grass fed cows and without the rbst, so it's pretty close to organic without having to pay a premium for the organic certification. I aim for the most bang for my buck.

Jarrow is a reputable brand, and this whey blends well in smoothies. It blends smooth and the vanilla flavor is great. It compliments most of my smoothie recipes.

Cons
