It is spicy for a toothpaste and it is pretty aggressive so my gum bleeds on some spots. It also foams worse than bacteria in a hot tub, making it impossible not to foam at the mouth in excess. Had to remove is with drain opener.

I do remember peeling layers of skin off the inside of my mouth at times though just not the pain

Ive tried the gentle ones the ones that are so gentle that they dont even remove the plaque from my teeth even after copious brushing and reapplication

Occasionally id try a regular brand that wouldnt burn so bad but then it would always seem to be discontinued

I have a lot of food sensitivities and was not able to use regular toothpaste without getting a very upset stomach
