It was pretty easy to assemble the wheels with the nuts/screws included along with the hex tool.
I drive a school bus for a living and it worked very well with the limited space that i have in caring what i need on the bus.
Nothing wrong with the item but does not hold a lot of groceries.
Easy to assemble, and came with the only tool needed, an allen wrench.
