As seen in the picture she still has quite a bit a space to walk around and play with her toys

However for the bigger breeds such as german shepherds and huskies i would not recommend this item as they may potentially jump over the 4 foot fence if not just push the entire playpen around with them

Not sure if my instruction booklet was possessed by the devil or something but it literally had foot prints all over it

Otherwise it wasnt a very difficult process and i was able to complete assembly on my own even though they do recommend 2 people to quicken the process

It is very difficult to get into the locking position

I did put a tarp over mine to block the sun and the dog did climb out one time but the cover took care of these issues
