Pros

The temperature tower shows heavy stringing from 220c down to about 205c. Adhesion is great on a glass bed using a glue stick. ender 3 v2 neo* nozzle 195c* bed 60c.

White filament is great if you intend to paint or sculpt over your 3d prints. Not truly opaque and also has a slight yellow tint to it, but does seem to have more flex and give than standard pla.

The filament comes on a recyclable cardboard spool. Cardboard is hygroscopic, absorbing humidity from the air. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag with a silica gel packet.



Cons

It is apparently quite brittle at spots. It was overlapped, bent, kinked, and everything but tied in a knot.

The quality of the plastic makes the brings come out thin or clogs the printer. Extruder temps higher than 200c seems to cause print to look cloudy with a poor finish (not clear) wasted 40 hours trying to print thors hammer for halloween costume. The ...  Read More

I did not even have to change my settings so i am happy to recommend this product.


I've seen other 3-d filament in this price range and the quality was not as good as jayo.


The quality of filament can affect your prints no matter how well dialed in it is.

First, the price is about in the ballpark of other budget brands going by weight alone.


Possibly would buy again if the price was good.

Competitiveness


Printed a few models just fine after getting it dialed in.


65kg you are looking at roughly 16$/kg - on par with most mid-range 1kg spools.

    I guess it may just be more of an aesthetic thing but i prefer some of the other brands spools which also usually include measurements to estimate how much filament is left for your remaining prints
