This jbl1000 is an excellent soundboard. Im no audiophile, but had two friends who are more into producing music and djing come listen, and they said it sounds great. The sound quality blows away all others i auditioned.

Pared with my giant screen, sony bravia 4k high-def tv, why bother going to a movie theater. The surround sound works very well, and makes my games and movies much more immersive. Also use the airplay feature a lot.

Subwoofer is enormous and connects wirelessly via a single button push. Great value compared to a standard receiver-based av setup. We have a cable box/dvr that isn't wireless so this is the best setup for us.

Cons

Jbl soundbar has poor bluetooth and no aux connection. Polk used to be a good quality brand. Stay away from polk.

The jbl sound bar is worth every dollar.

I think it’s worth the price to have high quality audio in your home.

Sure it's expensive but you get what you pay for & this is worth every cent !

Not positive it is worth the price but it’s nice.

Packaging/appearance

The box was quite damaged, and the center of the front of the sound bar has a large dent in it.

I'm sure there are better movies now with the atmos, but i don't know what to try.

It is priced pretty high, but compared to getting a traditional system with a separate receiver and speakers it is competitive.
