Pros

Its sound is not terrific, but much better than the tv's sound. Sound quality is awesome. Dialogue is also crystal clear.

All you need to do is plug it into the side of your tv. Equally easily was connecting the speaker to your cell phone and playing it via bluetooth. Easy to install and loud.

The jbl bar 2. Has a dual bass port design. Despite its compact size, the soundbar is remarkable for the size of the bar. It has a slim profile which in keeping with my lcd tv with a slim frame.

All in one speaker is a good option for smaller spaces where a full blown surround system is not desirable or feasible. Good build quality and plenty of power at 80 total watts makes this a pretty good improvement over built-in tv speakers.

This is a very good quality sound bar from jbl.

0 channel system that produces crisp and clear sound across a wide range of frequencies.

As there is already an led that illuminates when the bluetooth connects, the tone is completely unnecessary.

Price

I think this is well priced for a flexible sound bar from a well know and established manufacturer like jbl.

If you're in the market for a compact and affordable soundbar that delivers impressive audio quality, then the jbl bar 2.

But this is really a great product at a great price.

Price was my second consideration and the 5 channel surround units were too large to fit on my tv stand.

Packaging/appearance

Everything i need came right in the box including an hdmi chord, remote and even batteries for the remote.

Competitiveness

You can also connect it to other hardware that has bluetooth capabilities (ipad, phone, laptop…etc).

Its sound is not terrific, but much better than the tv's sound.

We have another version of this jbl bar and it was easier.
