It is astounding that a $700 product could be garbage with in 13 months of purchasing. The app tells me to restart by shutting it down! They exchange it for free with bose even paying for shipping! No one to contact via amazon.

This speaker thumps just wish it had a little more volume, maybe i'm just picky .
Item is bigger than expected but with size comes great sound.

We have the bose 700 soundbar that we bought in 2020 for about 700$ i feel this boombox for the price is quite good.
Not has powerfull has the bose 700 but for a portable unit of that price the sound and bass is quite nice.
