Pros
It sounds great, very portable, and long battery life. The mesh fabric on it is not exactly straight and the logo is kind of out of place, but that has no effect on the sound quality. The battery lasts super long and it's pretty loud.
Comes with a usb-a to usb-c cable for charging. The aux port is definitely a bonus. I use it when streaming music, watch movies on my laptop.
Cons
Waterproof speaker sounds muffled unless played very loud. Disappointed on the longevity of this product. Was looking for quality and now disappointed.
Would like a refund. And it was plugged in. The problem is if it is defective you can't claim the warranty because it was purchased form an unauthorized seller.

Great sound quality and i love how it can charge my phone.
However, i'm not an audiophile, so i can't tell you if the sound quality is absolutely correct, but it certainly sounds fine to my ear.
Good sound quality, good bass, you can take it everywhere you go because it is not very big, and battery power can last very long.

Jbls are always good and the charge 4 is no exception good bass for a portable speaker and the waterproofing is great for a quick shower speaker just the 20 hour battery life is good but not amazing if you have a tendancy to forget to charge

Now to all those complaining that its a mono speaker wher charge 3 had 2 speakers inside youre complaining about a spec on paper and not a functional reality

There was little time dislike with this product it bluetooth right away was great no trying to keep hookng it up finds ever right away

I am getting a little long in the tooth and my hearing is pretty poor
