Pros

This is a really nice upgrade from my jbl flip (that i also love and will use for smaller settings) the case is a nice touch for travel. This jbl charge 5, pared to a flip 6 is like a stretch boom-box from one corner of our livingroom to the other!

It's like having a musical sidekick that's not afraid to take a plunge. It captures the essence of metal music beautifully. It’s nice and loud with good bass.

If you're on the hunt for a portable bluetooth speaker that's loud, proud, and resilient, this is the one to go for. Bluetooth is flawless and the sound is fantastic. Paired easy with my iphone. Nice connectivity range.

Enjoy up to 20 hours of playtime with the jbl original pro sound. The water proofing is good enough that my wife showers with it. From beach bonfires to backyard bbqs, the music never stops.

Cons

No battery, not really an outdoor device, and quite a bit bigger. I have yet to make it longer than 4 hrs. This is insane for a speaker that cost over $100.

For that price you can't beat it.

I think i paid like $120 for the speaker with the carrying case.

Especially for what i paid for it!

Coupled with the case it is a great travel package to keep any party going!

And, it comes with a case so it's protected in a suitcase during travel.

This unit came with the case which is very nice.
