Good choice if first time home theater buyer with budget <20k. Much satisfied with the product and the features.
Some people who got bd300 found that bass was even better in bd300 maybe due to powered sub-woofer. Simple to setup, no need of electrician. Good quality audio.

Connect your cable/dth hd box to tv/led via hdmi. From dth audio out connect to jbl in by single coaxial cable. Note that wires are hardwired into the speakers.
Cons
Bad service by fx studio. Sub-woofer and surround sound are really flop. Bass is very low.
